The ThermRite HeatBoard Fusion system is an advanced structural underfloor heating solution designed specifically for suspended timber floors. With a total build-up of just 28mm, it replaces the existing floor deck without increasing floor height, making it ideal for both new-build developments and renovation projects.
Install directly onto floor joists eliminating the need for a standard chipboard or plywood floor deck.
The HeatBoard Fusion Underfloor Heating system is engineered from a 22mm routed P6 chipboard base and a moisture-resistant fibre board cover printed with fixing guides to minimise risk of pipe damage. The cover board has a thick foil underside in order to maximise heat transfer and output to the floor above.
HeatBoard Fusion offers excellent thermal performance, fast heat-up times and strong structural integrity. Panels install directly onto joists up to 600mm centres, providing a low-profile, dry-fit heating solution that eliminates the need for screed.
Features:
- Structural 22mm chipboard + 6mm fibreboard cover for stability and efficient heat distribution.
- Dual-direction pre-routed channels allow panels to be laid in any direction for flexible installation.
- Continuous pipework design ensures no joints beneath the floor surface.
- Foil-coated surface boosts heat transfer and offers added moisture resistance.
- Printed fixing guides on the cover board reduce the risk of pipe damage during installation.
- Ultra-slim profile – only +6mm compared to typical timber floor thickness.
- Dry installation with no curing times, enabling faster project completion.
- Standard 1200 × 600mm tongue-and-groove boards for rapid, secure fitting (0.72m² Per Panel)
Minimum Order: 20 Boards – Quantity Includes 1 x Chipboard & 1 x Cover Board
