Profix Panel – 15 mm Low-Profile UFH Panel (for 12 mm Pipe)

The Profix 15mm panel is an ultra low-profile water-based underfloor heating (UFH) solution — just 15mm thick — designed for 12mm pipe at 150mm centres. Because the design allows the self-levelling screed to completely encapsulate the pipe, it creates a large thermal mass and maximizes heat transfer from the full pipe surface, giving high heat output that outperforms many traditional grooved insulation boards. Its compact profile makes it ideal for renovation and retrofit projects, especially where minimal floor build-up is crucial. Once screeded, the floor can accept tile, wood, carpet or laminate finishes — giving flexibility depending on your final floor choice.

Profix PLUS 20 mm Overlay UFH Panel (for 16 mm Pipe)

Profix PLUS raises the bar for larger-pipe heating systems. At 20mm depth and compatible with 14–17mm pipes (optimised for 16mm), it delivers high heat output even at low water temperatures, making it suitable for both new builds and retrofit underfloor heating projects. The panel features pipe-retention clips plus an interlocking/self-adhesive backing so installation is quick, clean, and secure — no additional clips or fixings needed. 20 mm Plastic Castellated Floor Panel – UFH Base for 16 mm Pipe (Screed Systems)

This 20mm castellated panel is a durable, lightweight underfloor heating base designed to securely hold 16mm pipes before screeding. The raised “knobs” (castellations) provide accurate, consistent pipe spacing and retention — eliminating the need for separate clips — which reduces labour time and ensures even heat distribution. It’s ideal for wet/screeded UFH installations, offering a low-profile base while providing mechanical protection to pipes during installation and screeding.
