The ThermRite™ Solid Floor System is a high-performance underfloor heating solution using a rigid XPS insulation panel for outstanding compressive strength and thermal insulation. Designed for use beneath tile and stone floors, this system is suitable for both domestic and commercial applications.

With pipe spacing at 150mm centres, it meets the requirements of standard floor heating in rooms insulated to current building standards. Each 25mm thick panel is constructed from high-grade XPS (300 kPa), making it ideal for areas that demand robust, stable underfloor support.

Simply bond the panels to a solid screed or 18mm+ plywood deck, insert 16mm pipe into the pre-grooved channels, and cover with a 5mm self-levelling layer before applying your tiled finish.

Key Features:

  • High Compressive Strength (XPS 300 kPa) – Ideal for tiled floors
  • Supports 16mm Pipe @ 150mm Centres
  • Panel Size: 1200mm x 600mm x 25mm (0.72m² per panel)
  • Grooved with 4 Runs + Flow & Return Channels
  • No Fixings Required – Secure Pipe Retention
  • Fast Installation – Just Bond, Pipe, Level, and Tile
  • Suitable for New Builds or Renovations
