Application Guide
| Step | Guidance |

| 1. Prepare the surface | Ensure all substrates and surfaces are free from dust, dirt and deposits. |
| 2. Load cartridge | Insert the adhesive cartridge into a standard cartridge applicator or caulking gun. |
| 3. Cut nozzle | Cut the nozzle to the desired bead size. A 3mm diameter bead is recommended. |
| 4. Apply adhesive | Apply continuous straight-line beads 75mm apart between routed channels. |
| 5. Fit the panel | Position the panel and press firmly into the adhesive. |
| 6. Allow to cure | Allow 24–48 hours for full cure before final use. |
