The SpiderFix16 Underfloor Heating Pipe Fixing Panel is a robust, low-profile panel designed to securely hold 12mm underfloor heating pipe in place. Manufactured from 100% recycled injection-moulded plastic, each panel measures 1200mm × 600mm × 16.5mm and is suitable for retrofit and new-build water underfloor heating installations.
Featuring a self-adhesive backing, interlocking snap-clips and integrated cutting grooves, SpiderFix16 panels provide a quick and flexible method of creating accurate UFH pipe layouts over concrete, suspended timber or suitable insulation boards.

Installation Overview
Fix the SpiderFix16 panels to a clean and suitable subfloor using the factory-applied self-adhesive backing. Connect adjoining panels using the integrated snap-clips before pressing the 12mm UFH pipe into position according to the system design.
Once the pipework has been installed and pressure tested, apply a suitable flexible fibre-reinforced self-levelling compound to create a flat and stable surface, improve heat transfer and prepare the installation for the selected floor finish.
